Service deposits

First time guest and service appointments requiring a longer service time will be asked for a service deposit to book and hold a service reservation.

Cancelation Policy

Cancelations made 48 hours or more in advance of the appointment date will be rescheduled for the next soonest availability. Due to limited availability, it is to be understood by the client that this could be 2 – 6 weeks past the original appointment.
Cancelations made less than 48 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the total service amount to rebook and appointments cancelled the same day will be charged the total service to rebook in the future. 
This cancelation policy is set in place as availability is limited and to insure those  guest requesting a service can be accommodated  as promptly as possible. 

Late arrival Policy

If you are running behind, please know this can impact your appointment and services that can be provided with the time remaining. 
Clients who are more than 15 minutes late will be cancelled, charged a rebooking fee and be rescheduled accordingly. 

Extra Guest / Child Policy

I kindly request ONLY those receiving services be present in the salon during appointments. To ensure that all guest receiving services have the best experience while in the salon, children and extra guest are not allowed.
