Once the extension information has been completely read, you can fill out and submit the consultation request form. Once accepted your deposit will be requested to proceed and book. Response time is usually 1 to 2 days.

Do you charge for consultations?

Yes. Consultations require a $50 non-refundable deposit to book. This will go towards your total cost of services if you choose to move forward.

How much do extensions cost?

An in-person consultation is needed for exact pricing. First time guest can expect to invest $800 - $2500 to achieve their personal hair goals. Any change to the guest’s natural hair color or customized color to the extensions is not included. In salon maintenance is mandatory for I- Tip, Weft, and Tape- In methods every 4-6 weeks. Guests’ can expect to invest $200+ (depending on method and the amount of hair) A complete removal and reapplication of your extensions is needed every 3-6 months. This ensures that your natural hair is kept undamaged, strong, and healthy. Guest can expect to invest $450+.

What brand of hair extensions do you use?

I work exclusively with Bellami Hair Professional hair extensions.

What is the quality of the hair extensions?

Bellami Hair Professional is 100% cuticle intact human remy hair.

Can I bring my own hair to be installed?

Unfortunately, I do not install hair that is not purchased through me for warranty, quality control, and liability purposes.

What is the warranty/refund policy?

The quality of extensions is warranted to be free from defects for a total of 3 months after install. If for any reason the quality of extensions in question are defected within 90 days from install, they will be required to be professionally removed, replaced, and the extensions in question are returned to the factory for testing.
Warranty is void if the hair extensions have been chemically altered.
No refunds will be provided for defective hair, or the services performed.

How long does the install appointment take?

Depending on the method, amount of hair, color blend, and precision required, installs can take anywhere from 2-4+ hours.

Are hair extensions damaging?

Hair extensions are only damaging to the natural hair when 1. They are installed by an unqualified stylist. 2. They are not maintained in a timely manner and taken care of incorrectly by the wearer.

How long do hair extension last?

Longevity of the hair extensions will depend on the method we choose at the consultation.K-Tips 3-4 months, I-Tips 6-8 months, Tape-In 6-8 months, Wefts 8-10 months

Do I have to color my hair to match the hair extensions?

No. Hair extensions can be matched as closely as possible to guest current color. If the guest is wanting to achieve an overall new look, it would be advised to first achieve the desired hair color then be color matched for hair extensions.
